Great raw bar, great beer, and one of the best happy hours in Dewey. Lots of TV’s for watching sports. Wide selection of beers and cocktails. including their exclusive Starboard VIP Ale and the Espresso Martini is made with fresh espresso and is exceptional.

💡 Local tip: Happy Hour gets crowded. Best to get their on the early side, or put in your name and grab a beer from Dewey Beer Co while you wait.
Gary’s Dewey Beach Grill and 38-75 Brewing
Good casual food with a healthy tilt, great beach vibe, and large selection of craft beers. Reasonably priced and kid friendly and now brew their own small batch beer.

Dewey Beer Co.
Fantastic Food and Beer. Recently rated #1 brewery in Delaware 2026. Exceptional IPA’s and sours along with a great food menu. Great bar area and separate restaurant area including great outdoor space. This is must visit if you are in Dewey and like beer.

DO NOT MISS!!!- This is a favorite and must stop for the kids every time we visit Dewey Beach. Corner of Bellevue and Route 1.

If you are looking for an elevated breakfast / brunch experience, this is your place. Exceptional coffee’s, pastries, and a divine breakfast menu. A little pricier, but well worth it. Owned by a great family that loves their customers.

Agave Mexican Restaurant
Serving the best authentic Mexican cuisine in Delaware. And they’ve got one of the largest tequila and mezcal collections in the country

💡 Local tip: Expect to wait. Grab a Margaritas at the bar and enjoy some chips and salsa while you wait. The wait is worth it.

Good food and in-house brewed Big Oyster Brewing beers.

Eden Restaurant
Eden has been voted by Delaware Today as having the “Most Romantic Atmosphere” for many years counting, and has been recognized by Wine Spectator for their impressive wine list. Also offer creative cocktails and elevated dining. One of our favs.

Dogfish Head Brewery and Eats
The world renowned Dogfish Brewery. Great bar and dining areas serving great food and brewery exclusive beers. A go-to for us.
🔹 Best for: Casual lunch, dinner, or drinks. Also great spot to watch the game.
💡 Local tip: Visit the Dogfish store next door to grab some beer to take home. They sell brewery exclusives that you can’t get at your local beer and wine stores.
Rehoboth on Rt 1 / Lewes

Salt Air
Nestled in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Salt Air offers a casually elegant dining experience, showcasing eclectic farm- and ocean-to-table cuisine.

💡 Local tip: Leans towards the fancier and slightly pricier side. Dress code is casual as is most places at the beach. Walk-in for bar area. Reservations strongly encouraged for dining room.
Henlopen Oyster House (next door to Salt Air)
An exceptional raw bar and oyster house offering a great selection of local beer and wine.
🔹 Best for: Happy hour, raw bar, and snacks
💡 Local tip: They do not take reservations. A waitlist is started when dining area is full so get there early, especially on weekends. Or stop in for an early happy hour.
Crooked Hammock Brewery Lewes
A ways out but worth it if you have kids. Large outdoor space with playground, cornhole, ping pong, hammocks, and firepits. Great kids menu. Great selection of in-house brewed beers.

Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Bar (Rehoboth)
Part of the SoDel Concepts group of restaurants. Great atmosphere and great food and drinks. Nice outside patio and bar.
